Substantial renovations, extensions and building of new facilities for this iconic club to provide better amenities for the club members as well as patrons of the public facilities.

The old single storey facilites are demolished and replaced with 2 stories of amenities and club facilities, plus a basement for parking of surf club vehicles and storage of equipment.

A new transparent entry and lift provide access to the public amenities as well as a presence on the Gold Coast Highway.

New decks and open air dining areas are proposed overlooking the beach to capitalise on the location and provide increased facilities to serve the existing Beach Club and Sports Bar.
